    FREEPORT, N.Y. - New York National Guard troops will be holding a session of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Citizen Preparedness Training Program at the Freeport Public Library here at 7 p.m. this evening.

    WHO: New York National Guard trainers, state and local emergency management officials.

    WHAT: New York National Guard troops will be conducting a session of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's Citizen Preparedness Training Program. The event is expected to last approximately two hours.

    WHEN: 7 p.m., Monday, Sept. 29.
