NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District recently awarded a contract to construct an accessible fishing access sidewalk in the Barkley Dam tailwater area. Work on this project begins today and will continue for approximately six months.
To ensure public safety, the area between the Barkley Power Plant and the first access steps will be closed to public access during construction.
