FORT HOOD, Texas - The opening session of the pre-trial investigation, Article 32 hearing, in the case of U.S. vs. Sgt. 1st Class Gregory McQueen was held June 3.
The session addressed preliminary matters and the investigating officer heard the testimony of seven prosecution witnesses.
The hearing will reconvene at 8 a.m., June 4, with the remaining witnesses for the prosecution and any witnesses for defense.
The accused is presumed innocent of all charges and specifications unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.
Media wishing to cover the second day of the hearing should call 254-449-4023 to confirm. Media who attended the opening session are already accredited. The gate time is at 7:15 a.m. at the south-side parking lot of the Marvin Leath Visitor's Center here. Satellite trucks should report to the Clarke Gate entrance at 7:15 for escort to the courthouse.
