CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. — The Marine Raider Association is holding its annual reunion Aug. 13-18 in Wilmington, N.C., the association is scheduled to visit U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) Thursday, Aug 15.
During the visit the Raiders will meet and greet with MARSOC personnel and tour the compound. The three-day reunion begins Wednesday with a Pub meet and greet and includes an official annual banquet on Friday. The Raiders were the precursor to modern day special forces.
