    103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary)

    Des Moines, Iowa- Terry Taylor, native of Ottumwa and Eddyville, Iowa, was promoted to the rank of chief warrant officer four during a ceremony held at the 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), U.S. Army Reserve, Oct. 21. Brig. Gen. Arlan DeBlieck, commanding general, 103rd ESC, hosted the ceremony.

    Taylor is the daughter of Bernard Stodghill of Ottumwa and Eileen Daly of Des Moines. She is married to retired Lt. Col. John Taylor.

    Taylor’s Army service spans more than 33 years, and her career includes deployments to both Afghanistan and Iraq. She currently serves as the command chief warrant officer for the 103rd ESC located on Fort Des Moines.
