The Aflie Khalil General Instruction Building is set to open Nov. 2010. Meyer explained that the building was designed by Hans Nettel, a Corps of Engineer designer who loves sailing, hence the architectural sails on top of the building.

Sgt. Edward Vaughn, a D Company, 229th Military Intelligence Battalion squad leader, instructs Soldiers in proper first aid procedures during sergeant's time training.
