260th Soldier Prepares to Be a Leader

Spc. Russell Durham, a Carlisle, Pa., native, is awarded his diploma by 260th Combat Services Support Battalion, Command Sgt. Maj. Dwight Williams, from Baltimore, Md., for graduating from the 260th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion's Pre-Warrior Leadership Course. The course is designed to prepare future non-commissioned officers for the Warrior Leaders Course. This is the fourth class to graduate since the 260th CSSB has been deployed to Baghdad.

The graduating class of the 260th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion's Pre-Warrior Leadership Course. The class graduated in late October. The course was started during a deployment in 2007 by Command Sgt. Maj. Dwight H. Williams, a Baltimore, Md., native, who is the senior enlisted advisor for the 260th CSSB. Williams named the course after Staff Sgt. William J. Bearsley, who lost his life during that same deployment.
