Fort Lewis Soldier Shows He Can Make a Difference

Spc. Krisin Rivera gets ready to conduct preventive maintenance checks on a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle. Rivera is a member of the 21st Inland Cargo Transfer Co., 620th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 10th Sustainment Brigade and a native of Yukon, Okla. He has been driving civilian trucks for 10 years and brings knowledge and skills to the team which makes him a vital asset to CRSP operations.

Spc. Michael Quinto, a native of Wahiawa, Hawaii, loads a 20 foot container at the Central Receiving and Shipping Point. The container team has a very big part in the success of the CRSP yard and their mission accomplishment. He is currently deployed with the 21st Inland Cargo Transfer Company, 398th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 10th Sustainment Brigade in support of Multi-National Division-Baghdad.

The Container Section of the Central Receiving and Shipping Point yard has been real busy the last week moving more than 300 containers.The Container Section has done this while maintaining their accountability of all containers in the Victory Base Complex CRSP Yard at 100 percent.Spc.
