Master Sgt. Michael Daigle, Andover, N.H., 114th Public Affairs Detachment non-commissioned officer in charge, assists Capt. Robert Burnham, Manchester, N.H., commander of the 114th PAD, to uncase the unit's colors during a transfer of authority ceremony at the Al Faw Palace in Baghdad on April 29.
