Stryker vehicles belonging to the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, from Ft. Wainwright, Alaska, are offloaded at a port facility in Kuwait. Most of the brigade's vehicles and equipment were recently offloaded in Kuwait following a nearly 10,000 mile journey from southern California on the USNS Bob Hope. The 1/25th is currently conducting training in Kuwait prior to their deployment to the Diyala province in northern Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
