Staff Sgt. Kevin Wigger, a native of Fruitport, Mich., measures and aligns the wood blocks of an arch he is making for the non-commissioned officer Induction Ceremony. The ceremony is to be held Jan. 22. Wigger is tasked to design and create the arch for this very memorable ceremony.
