Sustain the Pain

The 1st Sustainment Brigade Headquarters Company participated in a different kind of physical fitness training on April 4. Sgt. 1st Class Chesley Baird, a native of Idabel, Okla., took the lead in the training. 'The purpose of the training was to coach, teach, and mentor the Soldiers on different techniques of doing PT so they don't get complacent and bored,' said Chesley.
