    'Ops Town' serves as the command, control and communications headquarters for airfield operations at MidAmerica St. Louis Airport in Mascoutah, Ill., on Aug. 7, 2013, in support of Exercise Gateway Relief, a U.S. Transportation Command-directed earthquake-relief scenario.
