Members of Bangladesh government and non-government organizations gathered with representatives from the U.S. Army Pacific and other U.S. organizations for the 2013 Pacific Resilience Disaster Response Exercise & Exchange (DREE) opening ceremony Aug. 18, in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
