Lance Cpl. Jason C. Morrison, combat videographer, Headquarters Battalion, 1st Marine Division, receives the Leatherneck Magazine Photographic Award for Best Photo from retired Sgt. Maj. Frank E. Pulley, West Coast area representative, Marine Corps Association Foundation, during an award ceremony here, Aug. 15, 2013.
