Family members of U.S. Army Reserve soldiers participate in a mental field course at Burr-Mil Park in Greensboro, N.C., July 14. 2013. The games were designed to reinforce skills taught as part of the Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness Training program. The concept behind the course is to combine physical aspects with mental components and show what physical exertion does to the body as far as cognitive processing, memory and fine motor skills. Soldiers of the 422nd Civil Affairs Battalion are the first U.S. Army Reserve unit to receive the training; integration of the family marks the completion of phase one. (U.S. Army photo by Capt.
