Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Chad Dillon, from Columbus, Ohio, prepares to secure an MH-60R Sea Hawk from Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 70 with chocks and chains aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Roosevelt (DDG 80).
