USS Boxer's Senior Chief Petty Officer Stephen Richardson explains Boxer's medical capabilities to Salvadoran President, Elias Antonio Saca, during the president's visit to the ship as part of the El Salvador portion of Continuing Promise 2008. Boxer is currently deployed in support of the Pacific phase of CP, an equal-partnership mission between the United States, Guatemala, El Salvador and Peru.
