Spc. Lori Slack, a human resource specialist with 2nd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, hands a bouquet of flowers to Pamela Griffin, wife of Command Sgt. Maj. Kevin Griffin, during a dedication ceremony Aug. 6 in front of the squadron’s headquarters building here. A room was dedicated in memory of Griffin, who served in 2nd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment for six years as the operations sergeant major and the command sergeant major.
