Soldiers of the 357th Chemical Company, Army Reserve, decontaminate non-ambulatory survivors of a simulated nuclear detonation during Vibrant Response 13-2 held at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center in Butlerville, Ind., Aug. 2. Vibrant Response is field training and command post exercise designed to test the capabilities of the Department of Defense's ability to respond to a chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear event.
