The Trotters are one of three 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade families represented in the five finalists for this year's Fort Bragg Family of the Year. Stanton serves as the brigade chaplain for the 82nd CAB. Stanton's wife Lauri of Woodbridge, Va., served as the facilitator and instructor for the 82nd CAB's spouse retreats while her husband was deployed.
