Pfc. Joshua Davis of Delta Company, 4-501st Attack-Reconnaissance Battalion, 36th Combat Aviation Brigade, looks at a photo of his two children, Caleb and Alaina. Davis, of San Antonio, received notification that his wife, Cecilia, had given birth to Alaina just hours before he departed for the USS Ponce. The 36th CAB soldiers, who are currently deployed to Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, recently conducted joint Army-Navy operations on the USS Ponce in the Arabian Gulf.
