Lt. Col. Keith Matiskella was the winning runner of an overseas shadow race for the Peachtree 10-kilometer road race held on Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, July 4. Matiskella who hails from Alexandria, Va., won the race with a time of 34 minutes, 36 seconds.
