Lt. Cmdr. Mary Graves, embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer, takes photos of the conditions at one of two dumps used by residents of the City of Sayan in the Huacho region of Peru as part of Continuing Promise 2008 evaluation of the needs of the community. Boxer is deployed supporting the Pacific phase of Continuing Promise, an equal partnership mission between the United States, Guatemala, El Salvador and Peru.
