Lt. Cmdr. Michael Copeland, embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer, reviews photos he took during his inspection of a drinking water reservoir in the City of Sayan in the Huacho region of Peru during Continuing Promise 2008 evaluation of the needs of the community. Boxer is deployed supporting the Pacific phase of Continuing Promise, an equal partnership mission between the United States, Guatemala, El Salvador and Peru.
