Cmdr. John Eckert, assigned to the U.S. Public Health Service and embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer, talks with Father Antonio Colombo and the Rev. Antonio Santasiero Rosa at the Salon Parochial medical site in Huacho. Boxer is deployed supporting the Pacific phase of Continuing Promise, an equal-partnership mission between the United States, Guatemala, El Salvador and Peru.
