Cmdr. John Eckert and Lt. Elizabeth Leavitt, both with the U.S. Public Health Service and embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer, greet patients waiting to be treated at the Salon Parochial medical site in Huacho. Boxer is deployed supporting the Pacific phase of Continuing Promise, an equal-partnership mission between the United States, Guatemala, El Salvador and Peru.
