Sgt. Rida Sihab-Mansour, an interpreter with the 76th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, speaks with Sheik Shehab Ahmed Saleh Al-Tamimi during a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Iraqi-Based Industrial Zone Service Center on June 17 at Joint Base Balad, Iraq. The station, which used to be a abandoned building filled with refuses, was completely renovated by 76th Soldiers and local Iraqis during the past two months.
