Sgt. Devron West, a Chemical, Biological, Radiation, and Nuclear specialist representing the 335th Signal Command and a native of Moundsville, W.Va., programs coordinates on a Defense Advanced GPS Receiver, or DAGR, during the Urban Orienteering event at the 2013 U.S. Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition at Fort McCoy, Wis., June 25. The Warriors had 3 and a half hours to find four points scattered across post. This year's Best Warrior competition will determine the top noncommissioned officer and junior enlisted Soldier who will represent the Army Reserve in the Dept. of the Army Best Warrior competition in Oct. at Fort Lee, Va.
