Japanese Lt. Gen. Koichi Isobe, the vice chief of the joint staff with Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, looks over the cockpit of an MV-22B Osprey aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., June 18. The aircraft is one of the newest additions to the Marine Corps’ aircraft wing and the Corps wants to pass on its knowledge to better America’s allies and their fighting forces.
