U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Serkan Acar, electrician from the 823rd RED HORSE Squadron, troubleshoots the electrical system of Hattieville Government Pre-School June 4, 2013, as part of an exercise called New Horizons. Using excess building materials, civil engineers plan to repair the leaky roof of the school. Civil Engineers from both the U.S. and Belize are constructing various structures at schools throughout Belize as part of an exercise called New Horizons.
