Staff Sgt. Gregory Norris, 332nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron heating, ventilation and air conditioning maintainer, removes ceiling tiles to gain access to ducts in a base facility with restricted air flow problems, June 11. Physically checking all the ducts to see where a damper restriction may be is the first course of action when trouble shooting air flow problems. Sgt. Norris is deployed from Luke Air Force Base, Ariz.
