Sgt James Strickland, utilities supervisor from the 823rd RED HORSE Squadron, carries a plastic chamber for the waste water filtration system at the construction site of Ladyville Technical High School May 14, 2013. Civil Engineers from both the U.S. and Belize are constructing various structures at schools throughout Belize as part of an exercise called New Horizons.
