Airman 1st Class Mazel Sievers, structural worker from the 823rd RED HORSE Squadron, pulls a chalk line to mark overhang support beams at the construction site of Ladyville Technical High School May 13, 2013. Civil Engineers from both the U.S. and Belize are constructing various structures at schools throughout Belize as part of an exercise called New Horizons.
