An obsolete armored personnel carrier takes fire from Marines with Headquarters and Service Company, 2nd Maintenance Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group at a machine gun range during a field exercise held by the company aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., May 9, 2013. The Marines used .50-caliber M2 machine guns to practice loading, aiming and firing procedures against vehicles at ranges of several hundred yards.
