Maj. Gen. Steven Busby, the commanding general of 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, inspects a Marine with Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 3 aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., May 10. While inspecting each Marine, Busby asks the Marines to ask him a question. Busby explained that junior Marines and noncommissioned officers are the idea factory of the Marine Corps. Busby is shaping his committed and engaged leadership initiative around the ideas and suggestions of the Corps’ youngest generation.
