Sgt. Jaime Ochoa receives certificate in NCO of the Year Competition

Congratulations to Sgt, Jaime Ochoa, of Brownsville, Texas, who was the Runner-Up in the 36th Combat Aviation Brigade Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year Competition. A certificate was presented to him on May 3, by Lt. Col. Scott Kingsley, the brigade's Executive Officer. Sgt. Ochoa is a member of the 449th Aviation Support Battalion and is currently deployed to Camp Buehring in Kuwait.
