First Lt. Jason Wallace, an armor scout working as a human resources officer in 8th Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, takes notes April 22, during the first iteration of the 7th Infantry Division Adjutant General University. The AG University was created to train and evaluate Human Resources (HR) Soldiers and noncommissioned officers on critical tasks that support unit missions during garrison and wartime. The university is four days in length and will run once a month in order to train soldiers from all of the division's seven brigades.
