The 30-foot sailboat South Bound is shown aground on a shoal in the Albemarle Sound approximately 15 miles southeast of Elizabeth City, N.C., Saturday, May 4, 2013. A crew aboard a 25-foot Response Boat - Small was able to tow the sailboat approximately 200 yards to free it from the shoal and proceeded to moor the sailboat to a pier in downtown Elizabeth City, N.C.
