Lt. Gen. Howard Bromberg, U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Staff, G1, visited Joint Base Lewis-McChord Apr. 26 to discuss the Army’s Ready and Resilient Campaign (R2C) with battalion and brigade commanders. The idea behind R2C is to build upon physical, emotional and psychological resilience in soldiers, families and Civilians to improve performance, and deal with the rigors and challenges of military service. Bromberg also met with the JBLM leaders to address changes in Army policies and in the human resources community. (Photo by Staff Sgt. Mark Miranda, 5th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment)
