Lee Nordin, Grand Forks, N.D., battalion commander, 231st Maneuver Task Force, visit about the view at a memorial site overlooking Gnjilane/Gjilan, Kosovo.  Hoeven and Sprynczaynatyk both visited N.D. Soldiers while Rivera visited with Virgin Island Soldiers deployed to Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo for a Kosovo Forces  12 deployment.
