  • In an effort to help keep local Afghans warm in their homes, soldiers stationed in Kabul, Afghanistan volunteer for Operation Outreach to collect and distribute winter supply items for the city’s most vulnerable throughout the winter months. The provisions include fuel donuts made from compacted recyclable paper products and warm clothing.
