Timothy Douglas, active safety officer of 203rd Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineersn, 192nd Fighter Wing, an Air Guard unit from Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., stands with a Panamanian woman who lives next door to the health center and has provided meals to the airmen. Douglas, from Chesapeake, Va., is the proud father of an Olympic gymnast who recently competed in the 2012 Summer Olympics. The Red Horse Squadron will be constructing an addition to the health center and dormitories for Salvadoran medical personnel as part of U.S. Army South's Beyond the Horizon-Panama exercise.
