Joseph Stout (right), 27, 1st Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, explains in an interview what occurred May 3, 2012, during a firefight in Zabul province, Afghanistan.
