Retired Sgt. Maj. of the Army Robert E. Hall visits Command Sgt. Major Harold Lincoln, 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, and other senior enlisted soldiers of the brigade, during a visit held April 15 at the 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade headquarters here. During his visit, Hall discussed the effects of the changing Army to those in leadership and what can be expected in the future as the Army focuses change from war-time to peace-time operations.
