Gyabin, a native of Ghana, instructed more than 30 Ghana navy noncommissioned officers on leadership principles to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness. Special-Purpose MAGTF Africa strengthens US Marine Corps Forces Africa and US Africa Command’s ability to assist partner nations in addressing their security challenges.
