Chief Petty Officer Steve Pigeon, executive petty officer of Coast Guard Station Cleveland Harbor, in Cleveland, presents a framed Coast Guard ensign to Steve Doutt, commander of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3345, during a meeting at the Strongsville, Ohio, post, March 14, 2013. The ensign, which was flown aboard one of the station's response boats, was presented to thank the members of the VFW post for supporting the Coast Guard's Cleveland-Area Chiefs Mess and Northcoast Chapter of the Chief Petty Officers Association as well as thank them for funding and dedicating a Coast Guard memorial bench at their post in August 2012.
