The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers oversaw fire suppression system tests on Kandahar Airfield Feb. 26 and 27, 2013. Before turning over newly constructed hangars such as this to the U.S. Air Force, the USACE requires systems pass preliminary and final acceptance tests.
