311th Expeditionary Sustainment Command   

U.S. Soldiers assigned to the 311th Expeditionary Sustainment Command welcomed wounded warriors with Operation Proper Exit at Kandahar Airfield, Kandahar province, Afghanistan, Feb. 27, 2013. Operation Proper Exit provides support for wounded warriors who were medically evacuated out of theater, are capable of returning to theater to see progress achieved and exit the country again on their own terms.
