The Army’s “Go For Green” program uses a color coding system to represent which foods are better for your health. The light-fluffy homemade biscuits are coded green, meaning you should eat often. There are three colors to the system: green - eat often, yellow - eat occasionally and red - eat rarely. The “Blackjack” Dining Facility, at Fort Hood, Texas, has joined the “Go For Green” program implemented in 2010 by the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence. (Photo by Sgt.
